With the M3 coming out of London and M27 road infrastructure
serving the south, Botley is situated on the apex of both motorways
and is easily and quickly accessible.

From the West: Take Junction 7 off the M27 onto the A334
follow the signs to Botley. Go through Botley. Coming out of Botley
you will see Botley Mills on the Left. 50 meters after turn Left into
Sherecroft Gardens and Sherecroft House is the first driveway on
the Right.

From the East: Take Junction 10 off the M27. Take the A32 and then
the A334 to Wickham. Go through Wickham and turn Left to Botley
on the A334. Continue for approximately 3 miles. Coming into Botley,
go past the Total garage on the Right. Go past a huge wall on the Right and turn Right into Sherecroft Gardens, Sherecroft House
is the first driveway on the Right.

Please park by the 2 Red Garages and walk up the steps to the
White Door ahead.
